I reached out to Handy Andy as my condo suite shutoff was leaking and asked if it was possible to get a better set of shut-offs and a set of secondary shut-offs installed.  He sourced a higher quality set of shut-offs as opposed to just replacing them with the same set.

He provided a proper quote, was familiar with our condo board procedures, reached out and coordinated with them in advance, and arrived on time.  Both tradesmen were kind and knowledgeable.
